martin, FWIW, I was at my Fidelity office today and asked if they had an investment banking branch. The answer was no but that Solomon Smith Barney did their investment banking for them. So I would like to know what the purpose is for Vivus to meet with Fidelity this week unless it is to show some fund manager why now is the time for them to load the boat on Vivus shares while the stock is at these prices. Maybe you should e-mail Vivus and ask them what the purpose of this meeting is.
