The most recent report I saw was the that mutual fund cash was almost nil.

MT, I agree with your theory, market seems to be headed lower. The "buy the dip" folks just could not generate enough cash to rally today. The falling market is dimineshing their margin buying power. It will really hit the fan when the margin calls start. All segments of the market are moving down together now, but the high flyers are still very high relative to "normal" stocks. We will wake up one morning and find stocks like AMZN down 50%.
