vlad...It's easy to find fault with Leland....but right now he has a few task to accomplish:

As I see them:

Produce as much Muse as Astra and Janssen can sell overseas.
Open up as many new countries as possible asap.
Reduce cost and show a profit in the 3rd qtr.
Find a US sales partner or a buyer for the company.
