Sonki, there are eight fund choices into which to put our money in our 401K at work. I've been throwing most of my deductions into the most agressive ones lately, which are an S&P type fund and FIDO. The S&P type fund is like spiders, which I've never bought outright on the market.

I don't worry too much about Brinker's 4% max in any one stock, break the rule all the time with Intel. Don't forget, we have our Silicon Valley house $$ to fall back on. I would hate to move, though, and how else do you get your money out of it. Congrats on your Dell.

Recently, our 401K has gone to a "move any day you want" system.
