Hi Vincenzo,

Well, I'm not much more than a novice myself. Nevertheless, I think I can make some intelligent comments concerning questions 1 and 2.

1. "MPSG only has 22,00,000 outstanding shares. Isn't this good?"
This is both good and bad. It is good from the standpoint that a small capitalization stock can move faster if the demand increases. You stand to make more money with a faster move if it's breaking out. Now, MPSG is not all THAT small. A micro cap may have only 2 million shares float, for example, and a stock like that can move a lot faster. Lately, however, small capitalization hasn't been a good thing. The Russell 2000 index of small cap companies has lost ground on the year. This was prior to this weeks action even, and was the only index (to my knowledge) that lost ground all in all. It's the large caps that have been leading the way -- not a healthy thing.

2. "room to increase...". Yes, it's a good thing that they have room to grow as you indicate. The potential of a stock to perform is largely predicated on this.

Dan

Unless the number of outstanding shares is extremely high or low, it has little bearing on whether or not the company is a good investment.

> number have plenty of room to increase?

Yes.

> Cable modems.

The topic of whether or not cable modems are a threat to MSPG's bottom line is open for debate. Some people think the cable companies will make lousy ISPs, others think that they will crush MSPG like a flea, while still others think that MSPG will benefit from cable modems. The implications of widely available high speed access (including cable and xDSL) has been discussed somewhat over on the Motley Fool's MSPG board. You might want to read what's been said there.

Good luck,
Mr Bones

out standing shares is mute, because the company can issue more if needed.

350,000 members. true much room to grow, but the stock price has already accounted for that. The recent hickups in the marketplace is do mainly for this very investment mindset. Hi PE ratios are caused by the rising prices and suggest that the growth will sustain the growth. this isn't bad, but suggesting that the marketplace will have to play some catchup. Mindspring will add subscribers, but my thought is that the share price is already reflecting that.
