David,

Here is something that might make you feel better:

Obviously everyone knows that this stock got the living crap daytraded out of it today: good news-some semi-serious daytraders are holding overnite, looking for a pop in the morning. The other side of that is that this turkey Ass-e-o or whatever the firms name is...is in the habit of beating a stock up over a few days' time. They don't just give up. Too bad......or maybe more opportunities.

A press release would be nice, but I'm glad they are taking the time to do it right. Issuing a knee-jerk response would be in the worst interests of the company at this juncture.

The best thing the company could do at this point would be to ship turbopacs and just silence the crowd (I know they are shipping some to DD, so don't go off half cocked on this). The problem with the scandalous press release today is that its filled with partial and half-baked truths, which is why it may be hard to sue. I'll give these guys credit..they picked a stock (as it appears they always do) that hasn't quite backfilled the future events that are driving the stock with some actual bottom-line characteristics of significance. Again, don't go off half cocked. Look at the author's website....they have done this to a bunch of companies. If they haven't been stopped in the past with lawsuits, I don't think today will change that.

The best thing to do when this happens (not the first time for me) is to hang on and play the short strokes for added profit. It all boils down to whether you believe or don't believe the story on this one...I might be a friggin' idiot, but I still believe..... And I made some nice coin today in the process.

Best regards,

Scott.
