FJV....one of the other members of my office has poo pooed every time i warned her about the market this year. This past month she began to say things like "it can't go up forever". Today she called her Mom and told her to sell enough stock to close on a house she is buying. She is a true believer in the stock market but definitely had a glimmer of panic today. The last drop in october didn't even phase her.

<What Favors seems to be saying is that a powerful ST upward spike may convince the unconvinced that its safe to get back in the water.>

I don't know, we have had several of those. The buy the dip crowd may be getting a bit shaky now. Sure we can drop another thousand points but now is the time to start thinking about positioning the other way, I'll bet.

And I am betting. I agree it's early but the spoo may have another 30 points down I would think. This is marginal at this point. A few hundred DJIA points more or less.

Actually, I'm sorry as I am not in the correct frame of mind to discuss this. For I am a Shakespearian act-or.

Alas, poor Yorick. I knew him, Horatio. A fellow of infinite jest.

Sorry Franco. I started out serious but I cannot hold it together as I I am taking a break from this mortal coil. Or whatever.
