What is scary for Microsoft is that software support is nothing compared to presenting and paying bills for thousands of consumers. Quality of Service is the key (can't say this enough).

Gary seems to have more press releases relating to electronic commerce than any other analyst. Someone ought to tell him that it is quality not quantity, Although seems that many in the public are willing to believe Gary just because of his quantity.

Yea, and he's a College Boy too....
