Thermo Tech(TM) Technologies Inc. Announces Final
Negotiations for Acquisition of Waste Water Treatment
Facility

LANGLEY, BC, Aug. 4 /CNW-PRN/ - Thermo Tech(TM) Technologies Inc. (the ''Company'')
announces that it has entered into final negotiations for the acquisition of a waste water treatment
facility in Carver, Massachusetts. The treatment facility is located on a 30 acre site which has in place
the environmental permits required to process raw sewage waste water. The Company projects that
this site in Carver, Massachusetts will be the site of the Company's first Thermo Master(TM) plant in
the United States.

The Company will pay a price of $14.5 Million US for the treatment facility. The acquisition will be
subject to confirmation of financing for the proposed Thermo Master(TM) Plant, receipt of the
required environmental approvals for the Thermo Master(TM) Plant and standard environmental and
title due diligence investigations. Financing for the acquisition is anticipated to be a obtained through a
debt financing facility which the Company has been working to arrange.

Mr. Rene Branconnier stated, ''We are very excited about this unique opportunity to establish the
Company's first Thermo Master(TM) Plant in the United States. The existing treatment facility
provides a reliable and quality stream of raw organic waste for the facility. The potential for additional
sources of raw organic waste is excellent due to the proximity of this site to the center of
Massachusetts' cranberry, fishing and waste de-packaging industries. The environmental permitting
already in place for this site will assist in obtaining the required approvals for a Thermo Master(TM)
Plant. We are confident that this will be an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the viability of the
Company's technology to the environmental problem of excess organic waste faced in the north-east
United States.''

Thermo Tech(TM) Technologies Inc. is a leader in organic waste recycling with offices in Vancouver
and Toronto, Canada and Atlanta, Georgia. Thermo Tech's(TM) patented thermophilic process is
utilized in compact and environmentally friendly Thermo Master(TM) plants to convert biodegradable
food waste into high protein animal feed and waste water treatment sludges into fertilizer concentrate.
