Dear Karl: Not familiar with Parsons but as to Bechtel, I doubt they would want to stoop to this "mundane" task. More likely they would farm it out to TAVA. As an aside, did you notice there were 3 posts on that S.A. country and each one was different. haha. Isnt it great that we have so much business we cant remember even the name of a country?? JDN
