Bob, in all sincerity, if you do not care for the word rapture just substitute "caught up" each time you see the word mentioned. I sincerely hope and pray that you realize some day that God's magnificent grace to us, his saving, healing grace does not expect a Christain to be appointed to the day of wrath, when anti-christ persecutes the world and the apostate religion of the leftovers.
Sorry, Bob, that I have to disagree so boldly, but this doctrine of yours tends to scare away new Christians.

Bob,

Never fear about creating bad feelings. As long as we apply Shaloms'
criteria of scripture as our basis here, how can we go wrong?
If we are all under the blood of Christ as His children there's that expression ....
" You can pick and choose your friends but what are you going to do about family?"
Guess your stuck with a black sheep pre-tribber :0)
(with an open mind)

Have a great day in the Lord!
John

Bob,

Back to your thought << No scriptures explains a rapture, then more Christians but not Christains>>

If the rapture is a fact. Their will be millions of people who will have heard the gospel from friends, family, some media elements, (I know of a video being distributed now for those who would still remain after the event) I'm sure there will be ministers who have not been preaching the full gospel who will recognize their error in denying that salvation is only through Christ and His precious blood.

These people will have their memory, hopefully the gospel still in print and will turn to Christ howbeit late. They commit to Christ but now must be willing to die rather than accept the beasts terms losing all hope of salvation.

In other words seed will have been sown and will still grow even if the original plant is gone.

In His love,
John
