Hello David, You will have to live with that only in wonderment. Personally i think they dont intend to sell at low prices. They keep renewing their 144s so that if they need the money or if the price skyrockets they could finally get that car etc. It is a small amount after all. I even think that is is bullish..look at the announcements that are getting lined up on products, customers, joint ventures..no i dont have any privy information but I think I catch the drift.

Greetings David, in regards to you question about sales by insiders you can see the full list at this site:
biz.yahoo.com

You will notice that the price column does not have any amount filled in. I there were that would mean that a sale had taken place and for what price it was sold. Also most of the listings here are outdated. Anything over 90 days old must be re-filed.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III

David: I think your question has already been answered, but to elucidate, these filings have expiration dates and must be renewed. The filings are made so that insiders have the same opportunity to buy and sell that we have. They're stockholders, too. As you know, many companies offer substantial stock options in place of salary, especially start-ups. The ability to sell some stock allows liquidity if needed for everyday survival or to flat out make money. So far, no sales, just filings.
