Thanks Mark, I would like to present the following at FACTS to all the members of this board: a) Jeff A Berry has distorted/misrepresented/lied about the fact that Gordon's 6,480,000 shares could be sold to the public without retrictions.(Rule 144) b) Jeff A Berry has distorted/misrepresented/lied about the fact that Gordon's 5 million loan to TSIG can be converted to shares at ANY TIME.
