-> OTOTOT <--> ASND <--

Glenn:

I must, most respectfully, disagree with a long position on ASND for the next quarter or so.

I would be long term long on ASND, but I think it has a potentially big downside right now. IMO some significant costs associated with its recent acquisition will impact its next quarter's numbers.

I would like to buy back into Ascend myself. I just happen to think the buy back price is going to be in the 30s.

I have made over 220% on Ascend in the last three years, being a believer in the company, but also believing that to expect more than 130% gain in per year without a good pullback, bucks this stocks historical performance trend. I hold out the possibility that ASND, having been added to the S+P 500 this year, could shed this historical behavior it has exhibited and calm down. But I wouldn't back this theoretical possibility with my money at this time.

Again, I will happily be back on board, in the 30s, so don't get me wrong. I do love ASND, its long term prospects, and its products.
