JAB needs to own up to past misrepresentation before spinning more yarn. Thanks TOPFUEL, I'm sure you recall in his reponse to you in Reply #1533: "Topfuel, I beg to differ with you. Stock that is registered for sale on an S-8 as was the case with Mr Gordon's may be sold without restriction pursuant to an effective reoffer prospectus filed for the form S-8, which Mr Gordon has complied with on 5/8/98." HE STATED IT AS A FACT In my OPINION, I think he needs to acknowledge to the board his past misrepresentations before he has any right to shove more statements down our throats.
