Stocks on the NYSE making new 52wk Lows vs. Highs. First talked about in Tech Analysis of Stocks & Comm mag. in late 80's. I'd have to go back through my library to find exact issue. Has been tracked by a few die-hards (including myself) through the 90's. Rules are very specific and doesn't give many signals, but I remember one failure in mid-90's. I look at 10day MA of Highs-Lows every night and pay close attention at signs of mkt declines. Sorry about not telling this thread, but was talking about it on Mon., 31 July on another thread.
