Dear Wiseowl, I did not have to blow his interpretation out of proportion. He did it himself. Before I get into the JAB's, in your words, "interpretation" (my would be misrepresentation), I would like to declare my position. I am a stockholder who holds 125,000 shares. My name is Steve Lin. I live in La Palma, CA. I am in no way, shape or form affiliated with TSIG -- not employee, not consultant. In fact when I came on the board as stevelin, I questioned the validity of TSIG ans was called a basher. I'm sure some of you still remember me. I've since done my dd and changed my mind. Why am I doing this besides the fact I'm long on TSIG. Because I want facts. I do exert ASSUMPTIONS. But I hate it when people use a barrage of information to misrepresent facts, use that misrepresentation to manipulate peoples opinions. I find that extremely insulting. So if you don't believe me and my source of information: my own research. I challenge you to give me your name and city of residence. I'll do a research and present it to the board. You can then decide whether or not I did my own research. As to what JAB has misrepresented, (your word -- interpretation): these are some of his statement that he made as FACTS: I'll start with one example Reply #1533: "TOPFUEL....Stock that is registered for sale on an S-8...may be sold without restriction pursuant to an effective reoffer prospectus filed for the form S-8...." That is a lie and misrepresentation. He says it as a FACT that Gordon's 6,480,000 shares can be sold without restriction to the PUBLIC. (See Reply 1530 where TOPFUEL exerted that an 144 needs to be filed) THAT IS A LIE AND MISREPRESENTATION OF FACT not an "interpretation" His subsequent assumptions presented to the board about Gordon selling shares to the public in small oddlot number as to escape notice (Reply #2650) is based on that LIE. So are most of his assumptions made to discredit Gordon based on that LIE. It is not misrepresentation. If he stated the fact corrected, it would be a misinterpretation. But when he manipulates the fact to support his BASHINGS.... that is willful MISREPRSENTATION AND MANIPULATION OF THE PUBLIC. Here is another example: Reply # 910: " Additionally, the note allows Mr. Gordon the option of converting any indebtedness incurred under the loan at ANY TIME..." He once again stated it as FACT. That is a LIE, a willful MANIPULATION to support his claim that the 5 million loan is a strategic fact. I did not in my report claim I have facts about the validity of the loan. JAB however, used that LIE to support his claim that Gordon can convert the loan into share at ANY TIME. Creating doubt on his sincerety and soundness of the company. It is a FACT that Gordon cannot convert the loan into shares until April 22, 1999 or when TSIG defaults. That is not MISINTERPRETATION. That is MANIPULATION, which I might add could be the ground for an SEC investigation.
