William 1: You should be ashamed of yourself trying to to even intimate that the basic fundementals of AWLT let alone the nature of the business, come close to what INTC offered as a speculation 10 years ago.

The wholesale cheese distribution business is something I have had exposure to for almost 34 years, having married into a family that operated one of the largest independent ones on the East Coast for that length of time. They too were smart enough to sell out at the right time. The picture painted by you and Slim don't correlate to the realities. But that will be determined by the future price movement of the stock. If what you wrote had been half right, the stock would have been .15 to .20 yesterday after the announcement. It's still a long way from "in principal" to completed.

Do you think the terms were changed to suit Araldica or to insure that only if AWLT comes up with the cash and ability to take over the Danielle debt would the deal actually be consumated? Get real.
