Well it started up but dropped about an hour ago.

I have the early wave up at 1078.50 then dropping as low as 68.40.
I think that kicked in when Japan opened.

I have not checked Oil, bonds or the buck.

You have to take into account the spread on Globex can be real wide.It looks to me like (off hand) Japan futzed with something and brought down the earlier rally....just a guess. Same thing happened today....big open, lousy finish.

A continuation of this activity can eventually be very bullish. Remember, I'm not a perma bull. I'm a realist in the sense that I think the market needs a pullback. But a straight decline can be very tricky for a short seller.

Just my opinion.

EDIT for example, October's Monday decline was down straight away, then Tuesday opened lower then bang. That market ran up like a rocket ship.

<GLOBEX is all over the map tonight>

Really has been. Even in the last 10 minutes it's moved 5 points. Too bad it's virtually untradable. For me, anyway.
