Don't forget to figure out how to FIND your trades. Not faulting your analysis, but if you force your trades frequency higher you may be increasing your losers. Be sure to have systems or a methodology in place which will generate sufficient numbers of good trade candidates so that your chosen trade frequency doesn't have you pushing trades that would be better left on paper. A trade not made beats a trade that only loses $20.

Dave,

I checked their site a couple of days ago. My problem with them is they don't list their clearing house. To me thats the area that would give them legitimacy.

Of course, a place like this, if they survive, puts pressure on all the others just like what happened with the discount brokers a year or two ago.

Dave,

Can you comment on how you pick your entries and exits? Some styles can produce 3/8, some can't. Usually there's a trade off with risk (downside).

Did some math. $11 avg ticket on 25 round trips yields about $315 net improvement/month. 40 yields about $620, after rebate for software and volume discounts MB provides. But it takes a lot to trust an outfit just starting up. $600 -really- isn't a lot in this line of business, especially if something gets screwed up and you can't fix it fast.
