I think the biotechs are much less vulnerable than say the PC makers or the internet stocks. The biotechs failed to rally this year, instead they have taken a hit and expectations have been lowered. Furthermore, their partners the pharmaceutical makers are loaded with cash right now and are usually a safe haven in a bear market. Meanwhile, more biotech products than ever are in clinical trials. A few success stories and this sector may finally wake up. All in all it seems like the best place to be right now on the long side.

Best of luck,
RJ
