we have already discussed isip and vicl, two very good biotechs, leaders in their fields who have been hammered worse than lgnd lately even with nothing but good news. here's two more, both of which i own - rzym, which keeps announcing collaborations and good news, is now down to 3.25 having been as high as 19-20 two years ago. i bought in at 5.5 thinking i found the bottom...wrong. axph (axys) is a great co., again a leader in its field with major collaborations all over the place, it's down to 6 from about 10 earlier this year, again on nothing but good news.

so let's all be real here. lgnd's drop has nothing to do with henry; and tony and his boys have no insight either as he was touting vicl on this thread at 19. i switched some of my money into biotechs earlier this year because i was worried that asia might knock the techs down and the biotechs would not get caught in that problem. seemed logical but so far not so good. they still seem like a great long term investment.
