Nice to hear from you PB. I am currently on vacation so this will be short. Not sure why the CL's are so large but they are consistent with the prior year. I have been hearing doomsday predictions for the market regularly for the last 4 years. One of my partners is a major bear. I have told him on a number of occations that he has predicted 18 of the last 3 recessions. A market correction here to 8000 is healthy as is the US economy. Small caps have been in a bear market for about a year. They are under a lot of pressure. If you have a long term view its a good opportunity to buy cheap. Asia will eventually emerge from the current mess the question is how long. THe Chinese may be fabricating their GNP number but I can tell you they are soaking up a ton of comodities. We have a major investment in an international logistics company that does a ton of business with China and the movement of goods is brisk. It pains me when folks knock Abby Cohen. Fact is she has been almost dead on right for 5 years. Later.
