Hello Space Cadet.

>>>Good luck playing the upswing.

One problem will be getting your orders entered and executed properly. I'll slice up my orders and average down/up. I will probably watch the open and place a few limit orders, wait and watch the market more and place a few more orders.

>>>What I think would truly be devastating to the market's mental state is if late in the afternoon when the market is now up 100 or 200 points, a new reversal sets up and the market ends up down or unchanged.

Very true. Very bearish scenario. In that case, I'll be getting out because it will get nastier before getting any better.

>>>No way the correction is over this fast even if we rally

I agree. In the next couple of weeks, we won't quickly recover all we have lost since last week.

As early as this Friday, the market will enter its range-bound phase and tomorrow's action will hint at the lower limits. Too early to tell & we still need to see tomorrow's action but I think DOW ~8700 and NAZ ~1860 will be the top of our trading range for a while.

Later;

Clint

PS, now that you and I agree so much on so many subjests how about giving me your first name or a nick name? I feel funny calling you space cadet. I can call you Bill since you like MSFT so much. How's that?
