Dove probably thinks a major press release is about due at that time. We are all waiting for some word on O'hare, I wonder if it is coming soon and he wants to sell on the bubble?

Baruch,

Who is William Dove? In last year's annual report it says he is a vice-president in the Identification Services Division. How many shares does he hold? anyone know? What percentage of his holdings is he selling and why? Could this be the reason the stock is down 50 cents today (other than a lousy market)?
