I cannot agree - this is simply further evidence that Brown/Brill are fully concentrating on TMN & TMN alone - which is where they should be. This is a classic weeny-cap in a market that has to get recognition - that it will only do with good, profitable, license-revenue driven, quality growth quarters (as opposed to Consultancy driven revenue a la DSET). Also this further focus on TMN will help VRTL consolidate their very clear technical lead in this space - they ONLY have to demonstrate a clear sales & business lead too & that is the difficult part. They have the money, technology, opportunity - they must simply get the distribution right & they will fly! It does appear that this sale will help ensure profitability in the next two quarters so it will be key that the underlying license growth continues (real rev growth was c42% last quarter over 97) ...
