Dear Steve: You lay down a fairly hopeful case for something like progressive dynamism, or dynamic progress. Its optimism glows. It is quite appealing - promising for the future. Reflexively, I see the multitudes of the miserable, at one end, and the coagulation of capital, at the other, as possible arguments against this view. But I will not attempt that argument. I will let this age in my petri dish - and see what happens. Thank you very much. george
