I noticed HP announced new Brio "small business" PCs, featuring a Matrox G100 AGP chip in the lower end models. These models were previously using an S3-Trio64V2. This seems to illustrate S3's virtually non-existent market share in the PC OEM market, and lack of design-ins of the Trio3D chip (only IBM's higher end business PCs).
Is the Trio3D a lost cause? It seems S3 has to build a completely new product mix based on the Savage3D.
