P.M.Freedman: It is good to see that Wang is carrying through on the execution of the strategy he announced after the failure of the takeover bid. He said CA would build the services division internally and with smaller strategic acquisitions. If one views it almost as a new business, which will get preferential entry to CA's installed base, one can see how it can grow as rapidly as CA's main business grew through acquisition.
