ANSWER TO RIDDLE - IF GOV'T COULD TAX, THEY WOULD ALLOW IT$$$$$$ if taxes can be removed from gambling winnings as they go through winr's host bank this will be huge.imo it's all about money, 50% takeout on lotteries, did anyone know that during the depression state of california was practically supported by calif racetracks taxes, even in depression, decent money was wagered every day at the races. will add to this thought later Cavalry
