I believe it has something to do with the 500,000 shares to ITN, but I could be wrong.

Technically, the 8ADX/R, a measure of accumulation/distribution (AD), is running away to the upside. Normally you'd see some concurrence from other indicators, or the price. Nada. Usually, when I see laggers & especially ADs running counter to the trends for a month or more, I suspect dilution.
