Any comments regarding dilution or increase in liquidity resulting from using their stock
as currency for these purchases?

DLS,

I really do not have much more to say about AMZN. The dilution as you mentioned is obvious. The acquisitions are from from accretive.

We have Impristine bullish here. It would of interest to me for someone to write a post explaining the business model of AMZN. I would like to read about the future of AMZN, how they will get there, what they will be doing with some real logic in the story. I would like to hear an explanation of the divergence of AMZN from their recent conference statements of staying focused and no plans to go into other business. Also, it seems to me they are spending a lot of money (granted their shareholders money) on buying companies with no networth and losses too. I believe it would be a worth while project for Impristine to tell the thread what is the business model of AMZN.
