If NAZ can't rally 20+ points today, tech stocks will be facing big trouble in near term.

FWIW, CSCO hyped up the fact that it had
a great working alliance with MSFT and that
all sorts of new products and whatnot would be
coming out as a result. WRONG!

Every company seems like it does it's own spin
job of their own numbers, and one always has to
get the magnifying glass and look deeper into
the meaning.

IMO, CSCO is possibly starting to escalate their hype
a bit more....I have a feeling their business
is getting squeezed harder and harder just as
everybody else's is. Problem is CSCO's expectations
haven't been lowered as most of the rest of
tech stocks.

Don't get me wrong, I think CSCO's a great company,
but IMO, it has too much expecations to meet
and having to support the entire net sector may
eventually be too much pressure.

Plus, they have to be going through a major product
transition at some point - getting
into the telecom equipment business. I don't
think the map for this transition is apparent to anybody,
and all the tellco's will have a ways more to go before
they solidify their plans.

I also think this applies to xDSL and Cable Modems.
Future is still too fuzzy to know how the implementation
to the mass public will come about.
