Hello Mrs. Payne and All:
Unusual observations -- CBOE delayed quotes are way behind on ticker price--pages seem quite behind in pricing updates although the time stamp on pages is correct. This is unusual for CBOE delayed quotes.
Also, Yahoo quotes are a little hard to get refreshed.
Seems like there is more activity and congestion today than in previous days. Going dark now on information is generally bad for markets, and I know brokers are really busy today, too. The several dozen issues I watch are mixed quotes today versus nearly all red (down) in recent days. An overnight comment that there may be a reflex rally mid-day, followed by further selling seems to fit the moodiness I sense in the market. Time certainly will tell.
Glad to see ZITL is rationalizing. I suppose at below 5 in this market, things may be different. Timing on the 10Q release could be an interesting factor, although ZITL has been amazingly refractory in price considering the market and its narrowing.
Best regards,
m

Hello Mrs. Payne and All: delayed options quotes CAUTIONARY note.

Looks like the first real refresh to the ZITL CBOE delayed quotes options page occurred between 10:30 and 10:35 a.m. today showing ZITL down 3/32 and with some trading across the board. Would seem to indicate that CBOE delayed quotes may be running an hour late in refresh compared to the time stamp of the page. Zitel hit 3/32 down shortly after the open at 9:30 a.m. This is unusual for CBOE quotes and if holding options positions and trying to rely on CBOE delayed quotes -- better get quotes elsewhere.
Best regards,
m
