Samir: Your right. There's a sucker born every minute. So here I go for the uninitiated. Wally's Course 101 on Stocks! Think of the Stock Market as Vegas, because your not JUST playing a hunch. You're also playing against The House, because The House sets the odds. That's who Ralph "Make'empoora" is. He's The House. On Monday, 8/3 he told the world we were in a Bull Market. On Tuesday, 8/4 he told the world we were in a Bear Market. Hmmmmmmmmmm. His declarations are based largely on percentages of 52 week highs vs. 52 week lows. Those percentages and patterns in percentages don't change in 24 hours. Now, anybody want to guess by what percentage Ralph's net worth changed between Monday and Tuesday? Wally

The MM's can and do drop the bit & ask and turn around and sell some of their own at the new lower bid and Walla! ..a new and lower plateau. They repeat this a few times to lower and lower levels and subsequently scare investors to start selling . I've seen this tactic start selling avalanches . Unless there is a very strong buying or selling bias they often move the price in the direction they want it to go. Looks like they're moving it down this morning to get more "cheap" shares for another run-up or they may be working the price backwards to cover some they sold at a higher price and didn't have . John
