So, The deal is delayed again? Wow, what a disappointment for all of us who expected on-time performance from GRNO and the Turks.

Despite the delays getting the legislation they need, it appears that Manova is serious about using the GRNO technology in one way or another. Manova could be the patron GRNO needs to overcome its Catch 22 situation. Still have my fingers crossed that the political problems in Turkey will be overcome. Interesting reading.
