Ancil: Are you saying that FIRE, MDIN, lied to NPEC in the purchase of there intrest

of the Mina Claudia Property of 20% interest from FIRI, via/ Sierra la Plata S.A.
a wholly owned Chilean subsidiary of the partner in the project.

And the Andacollo Properties that were purchased at the same time? for the cash and
stock put up by NPEC to work and purchase much of the costs involved with the
orginal work programs in Chile.

Please explain your reason if you can as I'm in the dark from what you have posted.
