I don't think it's a question of having shares OLIE is holding the price down and the only way that the others can make any money in the meantine is if they drop to his ask so that they can sell shares. If you look at last nights rundown and compare it to this mornings rundown you can see a very positive sign. The other MMs (aside from OLIE) are moving away from the ask and stacking themselves on the bid. So now the bid is strong and the ask is weak. Which indicates to me that OLIE is almost dried up.

If they were trying to accumulate one million shares wouldn't do it. when this stock moves it moves on 10 - 20 million shares. If they wanted to accumulate fast they would buy directly from OLIE which is common with MMs.
