Where did you read this, Eric? Please provide a link. I simply cannot believe it is true. Peter Sprague has sold a small fraction of his substantial holdings (often before positive stock price runs which he arguably was in a position to anticipate, viz. his selling was counter to his self-interest as well as minimal), but Steven Sprague has not sold any shares to my knowledge. Again, please provide your source of information. In the interim, I am inclined to believe you are mistaken. Just yesterday I checked the SEC filings that are required when an insider sells and there was no mention of completed or anticipated sales by Steven Sprague. Pure Folder
