Janus Overseas... DD: I'd wait to see if it can hold the 89 day MA in the 21.00 area before buying... If it does start moving up, the 22.00 area intersects the 13 day MA... There is too much whipsawing in the market to try and trade this like a stock... I'd wait until there is a clear upward trend established before getting back in... I've got money waiting on the sidelines just like you... But, now doesn't seem to be the time... I'll give up those first few % points until I'm sure we're moving up and away from moving averages as opposed to moving down and towards moving averages... When the market does turn... A diversified Mutual Fund portfolio of an S&P 500 Index fund, a capital appreciation fund, and an international fund should do very well... When small caps turn up, they can be included in the mix...
