Thanks - OCT 98 - I only know too well how long it will take to get some deals together - Especially on Safety related equipement - Users are comortable with their current applications because they are still ALIVE. The target customers will be the big boys - EXXON/ESSO etc. - Cost may not always be the a driving factor - especially when safety equipment is involved.

Boeing is GOOD - This may take a few years - Buy some put it back in the SDRRSP and sit back. I doubt we will see the short term trading opportunites we once witnessed on this one.

>>"You people are hilarious. Linda, you couldn't be as stupid as you sound."<<

it was Lisa.. not Linda

>>"...Debentures in the amount of US$100,000, issued to Roulette Resources Ltd., which is a company controlled by Mr. Richard Watson, a director and officer of the Company, are convertible into common shares and warrants at an exercise price of Cdn. $0.10 (Maximum of 1,400,000 shares and 1,400,000 warrants). These warrants are exercisable at a price of $0.10 for one year and at a price of $0.20 for a further period of one year..."<<

man, that is *sweet*. next time you talk to rick, ask him if that paper is at least in escrow, (when converted to common).
thats profitable, EVEN today, (22-ish cents) the thought of 2.8 million shares being fire-hosed onto the market at any time can only hinder their plans to push the price higher, (and hold it up there) so they can finance at those higher levels, to raise the dough for the purchase of the equity interest.. etc.. etc.
(thats my understanding of their plans in broad strokes.. please correct me if i am wrong)

i heard something about an office being opened to headquarter the canadian marketing. does anyone know where/when and stuff?
this would be a positive, if you ask me.
back in, i think it was june, they put out a release stating that they were placing ads looking for a sales rep(s). i saw the ad, (in globe & mail). does anyone know if anyone was hired/contracted?

when was october set as the new deadline? why no press release.. that *is* sorta important.. or is it? it *has* been moved twice now.. are these 2 companies pre-destined to marry?

is the new name known yet?

while i agree that the contents of the last release were positive in that it demonstrated that this product sells, and that this can only make it easier to move these units in canada/alaska. it also says; this company, (SEE) just got more expensive, (to buy an equity position in) and will get more expensive with every deal they do... no?
what if, between now and oct, they do a super-monster-huge-deal with say, NASA or someone, for 10 times the Boeing deal. is SEE for sale at the same price after that??
or is there a pre-determined, pre-agreed to price, regardless of future deals?

i am long this stock, may go longer, but this is in spite of these things that have me worried/pissed-off.
if i was entirely at ease.. *that* would have me worried :)
just based on it having canadian/alaska rights alone, is enough to make me hold & buy more at these levels.
