Slim, I looked at our local market and, sadly, they only have crawfish now and then. I will wait till they have them in and try to make the crawfish popper's we all loved so much. I know they will NEVER get the 'gator tails in so I wont get to make the 'gator popper's. :( I put in a request to see if they could get the crawfish tails in for Saturday (for my Birthday party)...I'd love to make them for the guests, they were great!! On another note did you or "Mrs. Pickens" find my shovel and pail?? (Its getting a bit deep here and without it I cant move the manure out of the way.)....I digress, sorry. I am rather disappointed that I paid all that money to try a competitors Olive Oil and it SUCKS soooooooooo bad! Guess its like everything in life you get quality only if you buy quality. Well, I hope I dont get scolded for using the "S" word, or worse yet threatened with someone "telling Jill on me"....ROFLMFAO! Well back to work...my best to you know who! ;) Matthew
