What are the risks here? Taki indicates that he is worried Tilton has no money and is issuing shares in his other company to pay employees. Jeffery Garland hinted in one of his last posts that TNRG may be a scam. I know that there is a lot we don't know about TNRG. But we have not been given any indication that either of these possibilities hinted above have any merit. First, if Tilton was so tight for money why has he not issued more shares. Apparently there are 100 milllion authorized and we have about 40 million outstanding. Tilton has been canceling shares rather than diluting, at least recently. There is always the possibility that he will dillute from here, but I hope he does so only to buy into very lucrative business opportunities. As forr the scam possibility, we have not seen any evidence that this is a scam. All of the business enterprises Tilton has talked about appear to be real. (I personally checked out the USBL franchise myself). Most penny stock scams have CEO's artificially pushing the stock price up and disseminating false info. We have no evidence that any of that is occuring here. If anything Tilton is keeping a lid on the stock price with his reluctant PR activity. I think we will know a lot more in the next two months and surely by the end of the year. I definitely think its worth the wait to find out what's in store in the next few months.
