No I don't have a problem with the facts. As a matter of fact, I have a clear view of the facts when it comes to the bottomline.

I put my money in the vehicle that is going to generate a positive return. I am not greedy, so I do not need more then a couple of percentage points before I lock in my profits with a stop. If it turns, and I stopout, I win. If it makes dramatic moves that could of increased my profits had I stayed in, I still win, since I don't really care, and I move on to the next trade.

If the stock is down on manipulation, I don't care. If I see which way it is going, and I trade with the trend, then I win as long as I put in my stops. Who cares if the companies CEO was unfairly blamed for doing something wrong. Who cares if Asensio is blamed for beating up a stock with bogus reports. All I care about is generating a profit on my return. If I was an investor, then I would be concerned only if there was substance to what was being said. Why doesn't Asensio pick on Yahoo. It is definately overvalued. Maybe because in spite of being overvalued, Yahoo is a legitimate company that has the numbers to prove it. Still it doesn't matter to me. I love watching rotten companies die. In a free market, that is what happens to rotten companies.

The Fact that Zonagen has filed an NDA with the FDA doesn't mean that their product is viable. There are many products that the FDA has given the ok on, and they are left rotting in warehouses because no body really wants them, or they are poor substitutes for a better product. Just look at CCSI. Plus the FDA has to approve the product. How long will that take?

Asensio has never eaten my money. I jumped into the SOLVEX deal way after he began his media blitzes concerning the company. And like you I thought he was a dirty rotten scoundral. The only one I have to blame is me for not seeing the larger picture concerning SOLVEX.
