We have spent a whole month in relation to the convertables. Thet are not floorless and you can go back and read prior posts or go to RNTK's SEC filings which should certainly clear this issue up for you.

What's so smart about converting at a low price ? The smart thing to do is wait for the deal to be signed and then sell at a high price.

Converting low only makes sense if: 1) You don't think the stock has a chance of going higher or 2) you use the conversion to cover a short position.

RNTK appears to have an tiny short position so I'm guessing that the dibenture holders are not shorting. Maybe they are just unwinding there positions a little, but my real guess if the company is selling shares to pay the electric bill.
