Of course they did because the ones that did not trade after the two weeks were moved on to this phase:

sec.gov

I believe this to be true anyway.

Blitz;

All SEC halts appear to be for two weeks. However, trading does not resume until a market maker files a 15c2-11. For example RMIL has halted in December and still is not trading. Very few trade immediately after the two week halt expires.
