The heavy volume yesterday, then early this morning at 1063
S&P and 8425 on the Dow signals at least a short term bottom

That may depend on the closing numbers. If I am going to buy anything today, it'll be around 3:55pm.

I think I would wait for the bounce... in THIS crazy market, people are going to want a retest of the lows before entering with more $$$. The retest will probably be next week... it is usually a Fib number like 3,5,8... I pick 8.
