Shake, so the conversion price is locked at .25 right. There is no fine print on a floorless conversion price, correct? Hugh

The reciprocal (math term, look it up) of 3.35 is .2986 You use the multiply key, and I'll use the divide key!!

The confusion over the numbers should be resolved by the next press release. It is important to remember that , sometimes getting from A to C, makes it necessary to pass through B. B is this share allocation. It was a " requirement" for issues to flow more easily to C. The stew is cooking well and all of the ingredients are coming together to create "one" great meal. It is important to say, that not only will MDIN guests enjoy the meal, but NPEC guests will enjoy it equally as much.

That was good but I think it is really based on 10,000,000 preferred shares that are going to be issued [ .25 per common share.] or 40,000,000 common shares. So it looks to me like they have decreased the common shares by 25,000,000 shares now but will be converted to 40,000,000 shares later. Net increase of 15,000,000 more shares. There have been 8,965,000 shares issued so far the rest are still to be issued. =1,035,000 still to be issued. TO WHO ,FOR WHAT, I DON'T KNOW BUT THEY WILL BE TO COMPLEAT THE 10,000,000 PREFERED SHARES THAT THEY HAVE APPROVED. Who is going to get all this stock besides NPEC.
