Clark,

My goal is long term capital appreciation as well, but I don't feel like I have to make it with this company. If somebody had paid me 40% more for my stock a few weeks ago, I could have put that money into another stock that had more potential price appreciation. I don't understand why anybody who is long VLSI can be happy about them not accepting $28 a share several weeks ago (if it was true). I think VLSI is undervalued too, but my quote screen says 12 13/16 x 12 7/8 and it doesn't really mean a hill of cr*p if I or anybody else thinks it's undervalued. Would I rather have had 28 last month or 13 today? I think the answer is obvious.
