Tsk, tsk, tsk.... I'm sooooooooooooooo disappointed in my fellow tomato heads, I could throw myself in the ocean (which, incidentally, is right outside the window as I am on vacation). Everybody missed the REAL news yesterday hidden in plain sight in the 144 filings. The news was not that a few thousand shares were up for sale by some insiders... The news was WHO the insiders ARE!!!! The news is that Corporate Capital Management and Great Northern Capital Management HAD TO FILE A 144 TO SELL A FEW THOUSAND SHARES! Have we heard these names before in conjunction w/ FNTN? Not me. The fact that they had to file to sell shares indicates to me that they still have a whole bunch of shares (at least 800,000) that they AREN'T SELLING. Am I mistaken here? Somebody refresh me on the rules but as I recall, unless you're an insider, I don't believe you have to file a 144 to sell shares unless you own 5% or more of the total outstanding shares. Have we just accounted for another 10% of FNTN's stock? All right. I gotta return this lap top.... Back to the beach with me.... RandumOne
